Even though I have completed some psychology courses , I do not profess to be a counselor in any way. Nevertheless, Vent Box was designed to release thoughts pertaining to situations that could be considered a hinderance to societal norms.

If you have ever experienced being marginalized or ostracized for your personal feelings or beliefs, you may understand the need for a safe place to release your frustrations about the experience. Using Vent Box gives you the opportunity to write out your thoughts without the fear that someone will publicly shame you for how you feel. All submissions are not publicly posted which allows your privacy to be maintained.
